We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist who wants to take ownership of the entire customer journey and create real business impact.

Our products help our customers with their planning, families with the juggling of life, careerists focusing on their goals and ambitions, or artists seeking time for creation.

About the Role

In this role, you will combine strategy, analysis, and operational work to build profitable customer relationships – from first contact to loyal customer.

You have several years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing, and you know how to drive profitability through smart segmentation, relevant customer flows, and clear KPIs. With your analytical skills, you translate data into insights that improve the customer journey and strengthen the business.

We sell our products both through e-commerce and to our retailers around the world. Together with 6 other colleagues, you will belong to our Marketing team and report to our Marketing Manager.

About You

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and communicative, with a strong commercial instinct. You thrive in working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and IT to create a cohesive customer experience.

In this role, you will work on developing loyalty strategies, creating and optimizing automated flows, planning and following up on campaigns, and ensuring that all communication is of high quality and complies with GDPR. You are familiar with modern CRM platforms like Klaviyo or similar – and you are passionate about testing, analyzing, and constantly improving results.
